The 800DVR Slider Battery Pack gives you extra battery power and time for the 800DVR. The battery simply slides into the frame which then gives you an amazing 6 to 12 hours of battery time. This listing includes the External Battery Slider only. 

1. Battery Capacity Indication Bar: When the battery is fully charged, the four indication LEDs will illuminate on the side of the battery. As the battery exhausts, the LED will be turned off one after another. Each illuminated LED means the battery will supply power to the 800DVR for approximately 3 hours of recording. 

2. Low-Batt Vibration Alert Switch: Slide the Vibrate switch to On, a vibration alert will be sent when the battery exhausts to less than 30 minutes recording time. 

3. Battery Capacity Indication Bar: Switch Slide the switch to On, the four LEDs will be turned on to indicate the current battery capacity. 

4. Battery Charging: The battery can only be charged when it is assembled to the 800DVR. Remove the anti-dust protective pad which is next to the SD card slot on the side of the 800DVR. Connect the DC 5V power adapter supplied with the 800DVR to DC 5V IN jack. The DC IN jack is adjacent to the USB port. The power LED on the 800DVR panel will be on while the battery is charging. The power LED will turn off when the battery is fully charged. The battery will take approximately 12 hours to be fully charged.
