This new TDG028 keeps calls private. The TDG028 alerts the user if someone has picked up an extension, when the TDG028 is installed on all extensions, the extension you pick up automatically disconnects the others.

Easy to install--no adjustments necessary. Simply plug the cord from the TDG028 into your phone wall jack, then plug your phone cord into the TDG028. The unit is line powered, so it never needs batteries or a power adapter. If the green light goes out, someone is, or is trying to eavesdrop or record your conversation. You can choose to override the security lock-out with the press of a button.

When TDG028 is installed on all of your extensions, the extension you pick up automatically disconnects the others. This prevents interruption of modems, fax machines, credit card checkers or your conversation. The bypass feature allows you to permit an extension to be unlocked.
